Recipe Ingredients
1 cup white split lentils
1 tsp Red chilies powder
1/2 tsp Ginger (chopped)
3 tbsps Green chilies (finely chopped)
1/2 cup Fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup Milk
1 Onion large, thinly sliced
to taste Salt
1 cup Ghee
Recipe Method
Boil lentils with 4 cups of water.
When tender, drain all the water
In a pan put lentils
Place this pan on a heavy griddle.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat.
Add salt and red chilies powder.
Add milk and let it cook for about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle chopped mint leaves, ginger and green chilies on it
Serve hot
