INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Pieces 1kg
Boiled Potatoes 4
Butter 50g
Yogurt 250g
Lemon Juice ½ cup
All Spices 1 tsp
Red Chilies 2 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
Roasted Cumin 2 tsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Chopped Papaya 2 tsp
METHOD:
In 1 kg chicken pieces, put 50g butter, 250g yogurt, ½ cup lemon juice, 1 tsp all spices, 2 tsp red chilies, ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp ginger garlic, 2 tsp roasted cumin, 1 tbsp soya sauce and 2 tsp chopped papaya and keep it for 30 minutes.
Now fill water in a pan and put it on a stove.
