Recipe Ingredients
Eggs 6
Onions 4 (finely chopped)
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Green coriander ½ bunch
Green Chilies 4 (chopped)
Whole red Chilies 6 or to taste
Oil as required
Recipe Method
Take a pan in oil Sauté the onions to golden brown.
When the onions turn golden brown take out half of its quantity. Beat eggs, turmeric and salt and mix it in the other half of the onions.
Slightly sauté then add red chili, green chili, and coriander.
Khagina is ready.
