Recipe Ingredients
Mutton chops 1 kg
Lemon Juice ¼ cup (fresh)
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Red chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
Recipe Method
Mix all ingredients together to create your marinade, except chops.
Rub the marinade to the chops well and leave it for at least 2 hours at room temperature.
Heat your grill pan and grease it with oil.
Grill mutton chops at medium flame for 10 minutes each side.
Do not overcrowd the pan with chops, grill them by giving good space.
When done serve hot with green chutney.
