Recipe Ingredients
Mutton chops 750 gm
Oil ¼ cup
Yogurt ¼ cup
Lemon juice 3 to 4 tbsp
Papaya paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Red chili 1 tsp (crushed)
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Saffron all spice powder 1 tbsp
Recipe Method
Marinate chops with oil, yogurt, papaya paste, salt, red chili powder, crushed red chili, ginger garlic paste and saffron all spice powder for overnight and keep into fridge.
Now steam the chops.
Finally smoke with coal or grill over grill pan.
When chops becomes ready then serve with dips.
