Recipe Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup split green gram
1 tsp chopped green chillies
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup mashed potatoes
5 tbsps oil
to taste salt
Recipe Method
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into soft dough using enough water. Cover with a wet muslin cloth and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Divide it into 6 equal portions.
Roll out each portion into thick circles using wheat flour for rolling.
Cook on a griddle, using oil, till light brown from both sides.
Serve hot.
