Recipe Ingredients

Mutton ½ kg (cut into small pieces)
Macaroni 2 cup (boiled)
Cashew 1 cup (ground)
Ketchup ½ cup
Mix vegetables 2 cup (cut into cubes form, boiled)
Onion 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Egg 4 (boiled)
Lemon juice 4 tbsp

For White Sauce:

Butter ½ cup
Milk 2 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Plain flour 2/3 cup
Stock 2 cup
White pepper 1 tsp
Egg 3
Black pepper to taste

Recipe Method

Marinate mutton with salt, onion, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder and then boil the meat.
When meat tenderized then cut meat into very small pieces.
Strain the mutton stock separately.

For White Sauce:

Melt the butter and roast plain flour.
Then add milk and 2 cup stock from mutton stock.
Then add salt, white pepper and mustard and blend well.
Now add meat with boiled vegetables, boiled eggs, macaroni, cashew, lemon juice and ketchup in white sauce.
Take two loan pan of oil paper and grease well.
Then put the mixture over greased paper.
Beat three eggs and add salt and black pepper to taste.
Then pour egg mixture over meat and steam on double boiler or bake on 200 degree C for 15-20 minutes.
Take out when its color becomes golden brown and serve.
