Beef ½ kg
Onions 2
Green Chilies 6
Garlic clove 6
Ginger 1 Piece
Coconut 2 tbsp (crushed)
Egg 1
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Nutmeg and mace ½ tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
Recipe Method
In a chopper add beef, onion, green chilies, garlic cloves, ginger, chopped coconut, red chili powder, all spice powder, cumin seed, nutmeg and mace and salt, chop it well.
Now add egg, cream, and yogurt to the minced meat.
Fix the meat on the skewers and barbecue it, till it becomes light brown.
Or heat oil in a pan and fry the kebab until light brown and tender.
Malai seekh kebab is ready.
Serve hot with chutney.
