INGREDIENTS
MARINATION INGREDIENTS:
Boneless Chicken 1 kg
Curd 1 cup
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
PASTE INGREDIENTS:
Onions 1-1/2
Tomatoes 2
Garlic 4 cloves
Ginger 2 inch piece
Cashew nuts Few
COOKING INGREDIENTS:
Onion Chopped 1
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Tomato Chopped 1
Salt to taste
Green Chilies 2-3
Coriander and Mint Leaves as required
METHOD:
MARINATION: First marinate the chicken in the ingredients given in list and keep in fridge for 2-3 hours (minimum half hour)
PASTE: Put ingredients for paste in blender and blend them finely. Then cook this paste for half hour in a pan.
COOKING: First cook the marinated chicken in oven...until done like tandoori chicken.Let it get a little smoky take a pan and put some oil in it heat it and add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste fry it until little brownish. Add tomatoes and little bit of spices according to your taste spices include salt red chilly and little bit of Garam masala and fry it.Add roasted chicken and cook it for some time then add the cooked paste and cook it for 5 more minutes add green chilies and sprinkle coriander and mint leaves .yummy tawa chicken is ready.Serve it with Raita and Naan bread.
