Ingredients

Mince ½ kg (doubled machined)

Brown onion coarsely crushed ½ cup

Yogurt 1 cup

Kachri powder 1 tbsp heaped

Chili powder 1 ½ tsp

Turmeric ¼ tsp

Allspice ½ tsp heaped

Salt 1 tsp

Nutmeg grinded ¼ tsp

Mace grinded ¼ tsp

Green cardamom grinded ¼ tsp

Ginger garlic 1 tbsp heaped

Poppy seeds roasted and grinded 1 tbsp

Almonds 10 roasted and grinded

Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp roasted and grinded

Oil ¾ cup

Method

In a bowl add yogurt with all the above ingredients, marinate your mince in this for 4 hours, put to cook in a pan covered till mince tender and oil comes on top. Fry well give dum of coal, serve garnished with chopped coriander, green chilies and ginger julienne.
