Olive oil to fry
3 medium finely chopped onion
2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 ½ tsp coriander powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
5 tbsp finely chopped tomato
For marinade
1 ½ cup red wine
2 tsp ginger - garlic paste
1 cup vinegar
3 - 4 tsp curd
12 lambs
For garnish
Garam masala
Mint leaves
chopped tomato
Curd
METHOD
Prepare a marinade by mixing red wine, ginger-garlic paste, vinegar, and curd in a bowl.
Mix lamb chops in the marinade.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped onion till they turn golden brown.
After fried, add salt, red chilli, turmeric and coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, and water to fry.
Now add the marinated lamb chops, and chopped tomatoes in the pan to cook for 20 mins.
Garnish the prepared lamb chops with garam masala, mint leaves, chopped tomatoes, and curd.
Your Lamb Chop Masala is ready.
