KHAJOORA AUR IMLI KI CHATNI

INGREDIENTS
Dates 12 Thick Tamarind Pulp 2 bowls Jaggery 3 tbsp Crushed Dry Ginger 2 tbsp Roasted and Crushed White Cumin 1 tbsp Crushed Red Chili 1 tbsp Black Salt 1 pinch Salt as required.

METHOD For making date tamarind chatni, wash the dates and take out seeds from the dates and then blend it with tamarind pulp. Now put it in a pan and add salt as required, 2 tbsp crushed dry ginger, 1 tbsp roasted and crushed white cumin, 1 tbsp crushed red chilies and 3 tbsp jaggery and cook it. Once the Jaggery melts, then add sugar in it. When it cools down, then add 1 pinch black pepper and salt as required.
