Recipe Ingredients
3 cups Boiled Rice
5 tbsps Oil
1/2 cup Lemon Rice
8 curry leaves
pinch Black Mustard seeds
5 green chilies
pinch Turmeric powder
to taste Salt
1/2 cup peanut
Recipe Method
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, allow to splutter.
Add turmeric powder and peanuts, fry for 2 mins
Add green chilies, curry leaves, salt and fry for 2 more minutes.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
Add this to the boiled rice and mix well.
Ready to serve.
