Nawabi Murgh Dam Biryani Recipe

Recipe Ingredients
½ kg mutton
½ kg rice
3 chopped onion
1 piece of cinnamon
4 large cardamoms
4 small cardamoms
50 gram apricot
½ kg yogurt
½ cup milk
1 bunch of mint leaves
10 green chilies
250 grams of oil
Recipe Method
Heat the oil and fry onion in it.
Add mutton and a glass of water and cover the pan.
When the mutton tenders add the yogurt, red chili powder, all spice powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, large cardamom, small cardamom and ground nutmeg, mace. Mix well and fry a bit.
Boil rice, cool down. Add green chilies, mint leaves and put rice on the top of it.
Fry the apricots and add in it.
Mix orange color with little amount of milk.
In the end add saffron essence and out it on dum and serve hot.
