Recipe Ingredients
Potato 1 (large boiled)
Pea’s seeds 250 gm
Carrot 1 grated
Cabbage 1 cup (grated)
Coriander 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Mint 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Onion 1 cup (fried)
Green chili 1 tbsp (finely sliced)
Egg 1
Rice flour ½ cup
Cumin 1 tsp (stirred)
Chaat masala 2 tsp
Black pepper 2 tsp
Coconut 2 tbsp (grated)
all spice powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Nutmeg ¼ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
Skewers as required
Oil for frying
Recipe Method
In a pan, add potato, peas, carrot, cabbage, coriander, mint, green chili and mix it properly.
Add a raw egg in it.
Then add rice flour and cumin, chaat masala, black pepper, coconut, all spice powder, red chili powder, nut meg powder, salt, cardamom powder and fried onion in it and mix it properly.
Then form the mixture in a shape of seekh kebabs on skewers as required.
In frying pan, heat oil to fry seekh kebabs on low flame.
When they are golden brown, take it out and serve.
