Recipe Method
First separates egg white from egg yolk. Now add egg yolk with 3 cup cream to cook in a pan for 1 to 2 minutes and take it out. In a mixing bowl add egg white, cream and 1 cup icing sugar to beat with egg beater and make fluffy. Now in muffin cups fill base with fruits, then add egg white mixture and then egg yolk mixture. Top with round biscuits and refrigerate them and serve chilled.
