QEEMA KACHORI


INGREDIENTS:
Minced Beef ½ kg Finely Chopped Onions 1 Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp Lemons 2 Crushed Red Chilies 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp Salt as required Finely Chopped Green Coriander ½ bunch Chopped Green Chilies 4 Roasted and Crushed White Cumin 1 tsp Oil for frying as required FOR KACHORI: Flour 2 bowls Soda Bi Carbonate 1 tsp Jaggery Syrup 2 tbsp Salt as required.
METHOD
First in a try add 2 bowls of flour, salt as required, 2 tbsp Jaggery Syrup and 1 tsp Soda Bicarbonate and mix it properly and add water so that the dough remains consistent. Do not knead it hard. Cover it so that it rises well. In a frying pan add ½ kg minced beef, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt as required and dry out the water. Now add 1 tsp crushed red chilies, 1 tsp roasted and crushed white cumin, 1 tsp crushed black pepper and 2 lemons (lemon juice) and cook it and then take it out from the stove. When it cools down, then add 1 finely chopped onions, 4 green chilies and ½ bunch green coriander. Now add oil as required in a pan.
