Beijing Soup by Chef Gulzar


Ingredients
Beef Mince 125 grams
Beef or Chicken Stock 1-1/2 jug
Eggs 3-4
Finely Chopped Onion 3
Finely Chopped Mushroom 1 cup
Finely Chopped Carrots 1 cup
Finely Chopped Ginger 1 tsp
Corn Flour ½ cup
Soya Sauce 4 tbsp
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Spring Onion 2-3 strands
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Method
Take a cooking pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil , heat the oil in add 1 tsp of finely chopped green chilies add 125 grams of beef minces and roasted it. Now add 3 finely chopped onion, 1 cup of chopped mushroom, 1 finely chopped carrots, 4 tbsp of soya sauce,1 tsp of crushed black pepper, 2-3 strands of spring onion mix it well. Now add 1-1/2 jug of beef or chicken stock cook and boil. Now add 3-4 eggs mis it well now add add ½ cup of corn flour and cook till its thick. At last take it out in a serving bowl and garnish with spring onion and serve it.
