Method
For kebab’s: take ½ kg of beef mince add as required fat chop it finely repeat the process 2-3 times. Take a mixing bowl add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp of all spice powder, 1 tsp of crushed cumin seeds, 1 tbsp of crushed red chili powder, 1 finely chopped onion, 3-4 finely chopped garlic and add as required hung curd, 2 tbsp of roasted chick peas powder, and add to taste salt, mix it well and make a mixture. Now take some mince mixture in a palm and shape it like kebab’s and fry it on a low flame and set aside. Now take a plate place the tissue paper take it out in the kebab’s and strain the access of oil when the kebab’s is dry take it out in a serving platter. At last pour the harissa in to the kebab’s and serve it.
