INGREDIENTS
2 Egg Yolk
2 tbsp Refined Flour
100 gm Blueberry Jam
1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
100 gm Grated Gouda Cheese
6 Egg White
Butter for greasing
PROCESS
In bowl take egg yolk, refined flour, blueberry jam and sugar. Whisk it well.
Mix gouda cheese in mixture.
In another bowl whisk egg white.
In blueberry mixture mix egg white in small quantity.
Grease moulds with butter.
Half fill the mixture in moulds.
In 180*C preheated oven bake for 20 minutes.
Your Blueberry Cheese Soufflé is ready to serve.
