Ingredients
Mince 1/2 kg
Boiled rice 1/2 kg
Potatoes 2
Peas 1 cup
Carrots 2
Capsicum 2
Onion 2
Whole black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Tomatoes 1/2 kg
Cooking Instructions
Heat oil and fry onion until brown.
Now add mince.
Also put ginger garlic, black pepper, cumin, salt, turmeric and red chili and cover for 20 minutes.
Then add peas, potatoes, carrots, capsicum, tomatoes and coriander leaves.
When vegetable tender, put boiled rice and simmer it for 20 minutes.
Then mix it and close stove.
Sindhi keema biryani is ready.
