Strawberry and White Chocolate



Ingredients
Cream 300 ml (whipped)
White chocolate 9oz.
Water as required
Strawberry 6-8
Sugar 3 tbsp
biscuits 1 packet (crushed)
Cooking Instructions
In a pan add 3 tbsp water and sugar.
When start boiling add strawberries and cook on low flame until strawberries become soft and water evaporates.
Puree in a food processer.
Put pieces of white chocolate in a glass/stainless steal bowl and place over boil water to melt the chocolate.
Add 6 tbsp water in it.
Remove chocolate from heat and fold in whipped cream.
Take a large glass bowl or small cups and set a layer of digestive biscuits.
Pour some strawberry puree then put layer of chocolate.
Repeat layering. Chill in fridge and serve
