Whole coriander seeds roasted and crushed 1 tsp
Cumin seeds roasted and crushed 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
Allspice 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Oil ¼ cup
Butter 4 ounces
Ginger julienne 2 tbsp
Green chilies 6 cut in strips
