Recipe Ingredients
2 tbsps Clarified butter
1 cup Dried Figs chopped
pinch Saffron
1/2 cup Warm milk
1/2 cup Condensed milk
Recipe Method
Soak figs in warm milk for an hour
Grind to a fine paste with the milk.
Heat clarified butter in a vessel and add condensed milk,saffron, fig paste and cook on medium heat
Stirring continuously till it leaves the sides of the vessel.
