Recipe Ingredients
2 cups Rice (cooked)
1 Capsicum diced
1/4 cup Cauliflower small florets
1 Carrots diced
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese (cubed and fried)
1/4 cup Green Beans diced
1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
5 tbsps Oil
1 Cinnamon
4 Cloves
1/2 tbsp Garam masala powder
3 Bay Leaves
4 Black Peppercorns
to taste Salt
Recipe Method
Heat oil in a large deep pan.
Add cumin seeds.
Add cinnamon stick, cloves, bay leaves, black peppercorns and roast for a minute.
Add carrots, green beans, green bell pepper and cauliflower stir until soft.
Add cottage cheese and stir fry for a minutes.
Add rice, garam masala powder and salt and mix well.
Serve hot
