Recipe Ingredients
800 gm Arahar Dal
300 gm Chopped Onion
15 gm Cumin
20 gm chopped ginger
20 gm chopped gr. Chilly
30 gm chopped garlic
20 gm turmeric
16 gm degi mirch
04 gm whole red chilly
52 gm ghee
salt to taste
Recipe Method
Boil arhar dal with turmeric and salt in a mud pot.
Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin and allow to crackel, add gr. Chillies, ginger and garlic, saute.
Add onion and saute till golden, add degi mirch, stir and add to the dal.
