Recipe Ingredients
Mixed vegetables, cut into big pieces 1 cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Cornflour 1 tsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Celery, chopped 2 tbsp
Fresh parsley 2 tbsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Mustard sauce 1/4 tsp
Cheese, grated 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe Method
Marinate the vegetable pieces in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Leave for 2 hours.
Cook the cream with the milk and cornflour in a pan.
Season with salt, pepper and add the mustard sauce.
Cook till thick and creamy.
Arrange the vegetable pieces on a pie dish.
Pour the sauce on top.
Sprinkle grated cheese, celery and parsley and grill till the vegetables are cooked and the cheese melts.
