Recipe Ingredients
• 3 Eggs
• Salt as per taste
• 1 ½ Onion
• 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
• 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
• Curry leaves as required
• 2-3 tablespoon Green coriander
• Oil as required
• 1 Tomato
• 5 Green chili chopped
Recipe Method
1. Add salt to egg and whisk using the Braun Multiquick 5’s whisk accessory.
2. Fry curry leaves and mustard seeds in oil.
3. Use the Braun Multiquick 5 chopping accessory to chop the onions.
4. Add chopped onion and fry till soft.
5. Then add red chili, turmeric, green chili, coriander little water and tomato and cook till tender.
6. Now add the whisked eggs and scramble it.
7. Dish it out and serve with boiled rice, bun or chapatti.
