Recipe Ingredients
Fish 1 kg
Egg white 2
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Green chilies 4 (chopped)
Mint leaves ½ bunch (chopped)
Green coriander ½ bunch (chopped)
Red chilli 1 tsp (crushed)
Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
Cumin powder 1 tsp (roasted)
Rice flour 2 tbsp
Seekh kabab masala 3 tbsp
White vinegar 3 tbsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Recipe Method
First wash fillet and add vinegar for 5 to 10 minutes and wash.
Then add 1 tbsp lemon juice in fish mix well.
Add little oil in flat pan and cook fish till water dries.
Then take it out and let it cool and mash it.
Now add crushed red chilli, black pepper powder, cumin powder, seekh kabab masala, salt, green chillies, mint leaves, green coriander, rice flour and 2 tbsp of lemon juice, mix well and leave it for a while.
Now place fish on bbq skewers and shape in seekh kabab, either fry or grill it on grill pan.
