Chilli Powder1 tbsp
All spice 1 tbsp
Blackpepper1 tbsp
Orange Color 1/2 tsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup
INGREDIENTS FOR MASALA:
Yogurt 1Cup
Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Corriender Powder 1-1/2 tsp
Onion Finaly Chopped 02
Tomatos 5
Yellow Color 1/4 tsp
Kewra Water 1 tsp
Crriander Leaf 1/2 bunch
Mint Leaf 15
Green Chillies 6-7
Oil 1 Cup
Rice 1/2 kg

Recipe Method

1 Kg Chicken ko 04 Tbsp Vinegar, 1 Tbsp Chili Powder, 1 Tsp All Spice Powder, 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic paste,
1Tsp Black Pepper Powder,1/2 Tsp Orange Color, 1-1/2 Tsp Salt Aur 2 Tbsp Dahi Laga kay 30 Mins k liyeh Chor dien phir ise degchi mein 02 Tbsp Oil k Dal k chicken ko us mein dhak k 15 se 20 min tak low flame pakkaien yahan tak k woh gal jai akhir mein Koylay se Dum de dein.
Method:
01 Cup Oil Garam Kerin us mein 02 Piyaz daal k Golden Brown honay tak pakaien Phir ise mein Chopped 05 Timatar Shamil kerien Sath he 01 Tsp Chili Powder,1/2 Tsp Haldi Powder,1-1/2 Tsp Dhaniya Powder dal k Achi Tarhan Bhonien Abb ise mein 01 Cup Dahi Dal dien aur Bhoon Lien aur phir Chicken k Sath Hara Masala Shamil Kerin Aura chi tarhan mix kerin.
For Rice:
½ Kg Chawal ko 02 Tsp Salt,01 Tsp Garam Masalay k Sath ¾ Boil ker lien Akhir mein Masalay per Chawlon ki teh banaien upper se 01 Tsp Kewra water mein Orange or Yellow food color mix ker k upper se daal k Dum pe chor dien.
