Chicken Tikka Pan Cake



Ingredients
Flour (maida) 1 ½ cup
Eggs 2
Salt to taste
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Chicken Breast 1 piece
Crushed Red Chili 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Broth ½ cup
Dalda Cooking Oil as required
Directions
In a large bowl beat eggs with an electric beater, add flour bit by bit, pour in the broth and mix well. This mixture is ready for making the pan cake (add some water if required, be careful to not dilute it too much).
Wash the chicken and cut horizontal slits into it. Marinate it for a half hour with garlic, salt, red chilies and vinegar.
In a frying pan, heat the Dalda Cooking Oil over medium heat for a minute, add the chicken and turn it to high heat and fry till golden. Cover and simmer for 5 – 7 minutes.
Remove the pan from the stove and let it cool. Shred the chicken and add it to the pan cake mixture.
Heat a clean , dry frying pan with 1 tbsp of Dalda Cooking Oil over medium heat, reduce the heat once the oil has heated up and pour in half a cup of the pan cake batter and spread.
Cook the batter on both sides till golden in colour.

MUTTON TIKKA MASALA

INGREDIENTS:

Meat ½ kg

Lemon 3

Roasted and Crushed Cumin 1tsp

Crushed Red Chilies 1 tbsp

Crushed Raw Papaya 1 tbsp

Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

Tikka Masala 2 tbsp

Oil as required

Salt to taste

METHOD:

Put ½ kg meat in a bowl after washing it. Now add 3 lemons, 1 tsp roasted and crushed cumin, 1 tbsp crushed red chilies, 1 tbsp crushed raw papaya, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp tikka masala and salt to taste and keep it for 30 minutes. Now put them on skewers and grill them or grease them and put them on griller. When water evaporates, then apply oil with the help of the brush. Delicious mutton tikka masala is ready.

Tika Boti Recipe


Recipe Ingredients

Beef 1 kg
Yogurt ½ cup
Papaya paste ¼ cup
Garlic paste 2 tsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
All spice 1 tbsp
Green chilies paste 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Clarified butter 2 tbsp

Recipe Method

Take yogurt, papaya paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, lemon juice, all spice, green chili paste, red chili powder and salt mix them.
Marinate beef in this mixture.
Now put cubes of beef on skewers and grill them.
In last brush them with clarified butter.
Delicious tika boti is ready to serve.


Namkeen Lamb Tikka Recipe



Recipe Ingredients

Boneless Lamb/mutton cubes 1 kg (with fats)
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Raw papaya paste ¾ tsp
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Carom seeds ¼ tsp
Clarified butter 3 tbsp (if required)
Skewers for Grilling

Recipe Method

Marinate Lamb/Mutton with all the ingredients except clarified butter for 1 hour.
When ready to cook, preheat your barbecue grill.
Take your skewers and thread on the strips of meat, just like you’re stitching.
In order for them to cook evenly, stretch the meat out a bit.
Place them on the grill.
They should only take about 8-10 minutes on each side.
Apply clarified butter with the pastry brush while grilling, if you are not using meat with fats.
Serve immediately, with lemon and onion rings.
Note: Do not overcook meat, it will become chewy and tough.


Chicken Tikka Recipe


Recipe Ingredients

Chicken 2 (Tikka Pieces)
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Ajwaen ½ tsp
Cumin 2 tsp
Chaat Masala 2 tsp
Vinegar ½ cup
Oil ½ cup
For Garnishing:
Salad leaves, Tomato, cucumber, Green Chilies, Onion,

Recipe Method

Roast cumin and ajwaen, and blend to form a powder.

In a mixing bowl,add chaat masala, vinegar, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, blinded powder and oil, mix together to form a paste.

Make cuts on chicken pieces, and marinate chicken with the mixture.

Keep it aside for 1 hour.

Put the marinated chicken into a heated pan and cook by flipping sides.

Cook till water dries and color turns golden.

Now put these pieces in oven and bake for 10 minutes.

Garnish with tomato, salad leaves, and onion.


Tika Boti Recipe

Lal Tikka Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

Boneless chicken ½ kg
Yogurt ½ cup
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilies (soaked) 4
Chat Masala 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup

Recipe Method

Grind soaked Kashmiri red chilies finely and put in a bowl.
Mix together boneless chicken, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, ground Kashmiri red chili paste, chat Masala,salt,corn flour,lemon juice and oil.
Leave it aside for 2 hours.
Put a burning coal with marinated chicken cubes, drop some oil on coal and cover for 1 minute.
Now remove coal and put chicken cubes on skewers, grill over open flame or BBQ

Recipe Ingredients

Chicken ½ kg (boneless, cubed)
For Marinade:
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Tomato puree 2 tbsp
Onion 1 (small, chopped)
Garlic cloves 3 (crushed)
Tamarind paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Cumin ½ tsp (ground)
Nutmeg 1 pinch
For Cucumber Raita:
Cucumber 1 small
Spring onion 1 (chopped)
Yogurt 1 cup
Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Method

For Marinade: Mix yogurt, tomato puree, onion, garlic, tamarind paste, red chili powder, ginger paste, salt, nutmeg and cumin.
Toss chicken cubes in the marinade and refrigerate overnight or for a few hours in fridge.
Thread chicken into soaked bamboo skewers or metal skewers and grill under a hot oven or on a grill pan from all sides till done.
Serve on skewers with cucumber raita.
For Cucumber Raita: Peel a cucumber and grate coarsely.
Put in a sieve and let drain out excess water and then add spring onion, yogurt, salt and pepper.
Chill before serving.

Boneless chicken cubes ½ kg

Salt 1 tsp

Allspice ½ tsp

Crushed red pepper 1 tsp

Yogurt ½ cup

Roasted cumin crushed 1 tsp

Orange red color pinch

Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Method

Marinate boneless chicken cubes with Salt 1 tsp,Allspice½ tsp, Crushed red pepper 1 tsp, Yogurt ½ cup, Roasted cumin crushed 1 tsp, Orange red color pinch, Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp, Lemon juice 2 tbsp.

Ingredients for batter

Rice flour 2 tbsp

Gram Flour 2 tbsp

Salt ½ tsp

Chili powder ½ tsp

Thick yogurt 3 tbsp

Water as required to make batter.

Method for batter

In a bowl mix together Rice flour 2 tbsp, Gram Flour 2 tbsp, Salt ½ tsp, Chili powder ½ tsp, Thick yogurt 3 tbsp, make into a thick batter, put chicken pieces on skewers, dip skewers in prepared batter, deep fry light golden, serve sprinkle with chat masala.

For Rice:
½ Kg Chawal ko 02 Tsp Salt,01 Tsp Garam Masalay k Sath ¾ Boil ker lien Akhir mein Masalay per Chawlon ki teh banaien upper se 01 Tsp Kewra water mein Orange or Yellow food color mix ker k upper se daal k Dum pe chor dien.
