Ingredients
Basin2 cups
Flour1 cup
Char Magaz1 cup
Chopped almonds15
Chopped pistachio15
Small cardamom6
Sugar1 tsp
Sugar1 -1 ½ cup
Ghee1 cup
Fresh cream2 packets
Method
Take a wok and heat 1 cup clarified butter and sauté grinded 1 tsp sugar and small cardamom.
Then add in 2 cups gram flour and cook it.
Add in 1 cup flour and sauté it. Add in char magaz, 15 chopped almonds, 15 chopped pistachio.
Mix it and add in fresh cream and cook it for 5 minutes and remove it from the stove.
Add in 1 ½ cup sugar and mix it. Grease your hand and make small laddoo out the mixture.. set them in a dish and serve.
