Creamy Mince Cutlets

Ingredients:
Beef Mince 1 kg
Egg 1
Bread Slices 2
Chopped Green Chilies 4
Fresh Milk ½ liter
Bread Crumbs 1 Packet
Chopped Green coriander ½ bunch
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Flour 3 tbsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Method:
• In 1 kg Mince, add in salt and add in water and cook.
• When the water dries add in bread slices and chop them.
• In a pan, add in 1 tbsp butter and 3 tbsp flour. Mix it in milk and make a white sauce. Mix it in Mince.

Puffy mince flan

Ingredients

Puff pastery 250 gm

Bhuna keema 2 cups

Boiled eggs 4

Coriander leaves 1 tbsp

Green chilies chopped 2

Allspice ½ tsp

Ingredients for white sauce

Butter 1 ounce

Flour 1 tbsp heaped

Milk 1 cup

Salt, pepper, mustard ½ tsp each

Method

Roll the puff pastry very thin line the pie dish with half of the rolled pastry, make chat pata bhuna keema with very little oil make white sauce with all the given ingredients, mix in the prepared mince, also add in chopped boiled eggs, chopped green chilies and coriander leaves, allspice, pour this filling on the rolled pastry, cover with remaining rolled pastry, brush with beaten egg, bake in a pre-heated oven on 200 degree C for 20 minutes.

Recipe Ingredients

Minced meat 1 kg
Onion 1 small bundle
Salt 2 ts
Crushed red pepper 4 ts
Green coriander as required
Ghee 250 grams
Garlic 1 ts
Crushed dry coriander 2 ts
Yoghurt 250 ml
Green chili as required

Recipe Method

Fry some tussles of onion into ghee then fry coriander, half salt, remaining onion, crushed red chili into ghee and fry minced meat in it
When it becomes red then cook till tender by adding half salt and little water.
When minced meat and spices
leaves water then add chopped green coriander and green chili and serve it

Chicken mince salad its very quick and easy to make recipe.

Recipe Ingredients

Chicken mince 500 gram
Fresh Red chillies (finally cut) 2
Spring onion (finally cut) 4
Peanut (thickly ground) ¼ cup
Lemon juice ¼ cup
Water 2 tbsp
Fish sauce 2tbsp
Onion 1
Ginger as required
Lettuce as required
Mint leaves (thickly cut) as required
Fresh Coriander (thickly cut) as required
Salt to taste
Oil 1tbsp

Recipe Method

Heat oil in a wok; and fry mince till changes color.
Add water and cook till water dries
Remove from flame and fish sauce, lemon juice, red chilli and salt; allow cooling.
Add spring onion, peanuts, mint and coriander; mix.
