JALFREZI MACARONI

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken Boneless 300g

Capsicum (cut in large cubes) 1 large

Tomato (cut in large cubes) 3 pcs

Onion (cut in large cubes) 1 large

Cooking Oil 8 tbsp

Yogurt (whipped) ½ cup

Tomato paste ½ cup

Salt 1 tbsp

Ginger (sliced) 2 tbsp

Green Chili (sliced) 3 pcs

And Bake Parlor Macaroni, Bake Parlor Masala Mix Sachet (inside the pack)

METHOD:

Boil pasta in salted boiling water for 5-7 minutes or till tender. Rinse under cold running water. Drain. Add 1 tbsp of oil to pasta, mix and set aside.

In a pan add remaining oil add chicken spice sachet and tomato paste for a minute.

Add 2 cups of water and bring it to boil cook for another 5 minutes.

Add yogurt, ginger, green chili and cook on high heat for 3 minutes.

Add capsicum, onion and tomato and cook for ½ minute. Remove and serve hot with pasta.

SEVEN SPICE MACARONI


NGREDIENTS:
Chicken Boneless in cubes 300g Chopped Garlic 2 tbsp Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp Chopped Onion 1 large Cooking Oil 4 tbsp Water 3 cups Yogurt 2 cups And Bake Parlor Macaroni, Bake Parlor Masala Mix Sachet (inside the pack)
METHOD:
Boil pasta in boiling salted water for 5 to 7 minutes or till tender but still firm to the bite. Rinse under cold running water. Drain. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to pasta and mix. Set aside. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, garlic and ginger and fry for 3 minutes or till brown. Add chicken and bake parlor spice mix sachet and fry for a minute on high heat. Now add water. Bring it to a boil cover and cook for 10 minutes. Reduce the liquid to half. Add yogurt and fry on high heat for 3 minutes. Remove from stove and serve with pasta.

ACHARI MACARONI


Ingredients:

Chicken Boneless 300gm

Salt 1 tbsp

SMOKED MACARONI

INGREDIENTS:

Boiled Macaroni 1 packet

Boiled Chicken ½ kg

Sausages 6

Crushed Red Chilies 1 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Black Pepper 1 tsp

Chicken Cubes 1

Cream 1 packet

Finely Chopped Carrots 1 cup

Cabbage 1 cup

Capsicum 1

Oil 3 tbsp

Coal 1 piece

Chopped Ginger Garlic 1 tsp

METHOD:

Heat 3 tbsp oil and add 1 tsp garlic. When aroma comes then add ½ cup water.
In water add 1 chicken cube, 1 tsp crushed red chilies, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp crushed red chilies.
Then add 1 cup finely chopped carrots, 1 capsicum, 1 cup cabbage, 6 sausages, ½ kg boiled chicken and 1 packet boiled macaroni and turn off the stove.
Then mix 1 packet cream and give smoke of the coal.


Chocolate Macaroons Recipe


Recipe Ingredients

125g icing sugar
1 tbsp cocoa
100g ground almonds
2 medium egg whites

FOR THE FILLING

50g milk or dark chocolate , chopped
2 tsp skimmed milk , warmed a little

Recipe Method

Heat oven to 180C/ 160C fan/gas 4. Line a large baking sheet with baking paper. Sift the icing sugar and cocoa into a bowl, then stir in the ground almonds. Whisk the egg whites until stiff, then fold them into the dry ingredients.
Fill an icing bag fitted with a plain nozzle with the mixture (or put in a large food bag and snip off the corner). Pipe 24 small blobs, about 3cm across, onto the baking sheet, leaving a little space between each. Smooth the surface with a wet finger, then leave for 15 mins to dry out. Bake for 15-20 mins until macaroons feel firm to the touch and peel easily off the paper. Cool on the paper, then peel off and store in a tin for up to 1 week.
To make the filling, put chocolate into a heatproof bowl and gently melt over a pan of barely simmering water. Stir in the warm milk until smooth. Leave to cool and thicken a little, then use to sandwich the macaroons together


Maccaroni Supreme Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup cooked macaroni
2 tbsp oil
2 onions , chopped
2 tomatoes , chopped
1 tbsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
salt and pepper to taste
chopped coriander (dhania) to garnish

Recipe Method

Heat oil and add onions,stir till golden brown.
Add flour and stir for 1 minute.
Then add milk and cook on slow flame for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and ketchup,mix well.
Add salt & pepper to taste,mix well.
Finally add boiled macaroni and mix gently.
Cook covered on slow flame for 1 minute.
Serve garnished with chopped coriander.


Veg Macaroni Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups macaroni, boiled
2 onions, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 brinjal, chopped
1 garlic, chopped
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp crushed black pepper

Recipe Method

Heat oil, add onions, tomatoes, brinjal, garlic, cook till vegetables are tender. Stir in tomato paste and little water and let cook, till vegetables are tender, add salt and pepper and fold in the boiled macaroni gently and toss and serve immediately.
